American Facilities Maintenance, Inc. was established in 1994 as a retail/ commercial window cleaning service provider. In 2004, AFM, Inc. acquired contracts that extended service from the U.S. to include Canada and Puerto Rico. In 2009, the company expanded once more by becoming a Nevada Corporation, reorganizing management, acquiring a CFO and a new VP of Business Development & Operations. Over the last 17+ years, American Facilities Maintenance, Inc. has provided quality, professional service at competitively low rates to retail stores and restuarants throughout North America.
